Piper Fire Protection, Inc. is Seeking Experienced Fire Sprinkler Helpers

Currently, we have openings for Fire Sprinkler Apprentices. The primary responsibilities include performing installations / modifications of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action and Deluge Sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA codes.
Job Skills & Duties
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must possess or be able to purchase hand tools
- Must have valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements
Education and/or experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
In order to be considered for the apprentice position, candidates must be willing to enroll in the ABC apprenticeship program. This programs requires class attendance at the Hillsborough Community College campus 2 nights a week over the course of 4 years
Work Environment/Job Conditions
This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. He/she must be able to navigate the jobsite and must comply with all company safety requirements in the office and on the jobsite. Heavy equipment may be used and he/she needs to be able to lift weighty objects.
