Piper Fire Protection, established in 1986, is owned and operated by Terry Johnson, a 40-year veteran of the fire safety industry. With over 140 loyal employees all dedicated to providing you with outstanding customer service, Piper Fire Protection has grown to a full-service company capable of Designing, Installing, Inspecting and Servicing every aspect of fire protection. We have over 140 employees, all dedicated to the growth and prosperity of our organization.

Employee Training

Piper Fire Protection is a big proponent of continuing education. Both our sprinkler and alarm systems designers are NICET certified. We currently have 40 employees enrolled in continuing education programs related to this field. We address all NFPA, UL, and OSHA requirement issues in-house. We can be an asset for you with regard to interpretations of these various guidelines and codes. All equipment that we provide will be UL listed for the application.

Availability of Service

All Piper Fire Protection managers, supervisors, and foremen carry company cell phones. All calls during regular business hours are promptly addressed by our office manager and dispatched. All after-hours calls are handled by our answering service. The answering service then forwards all messages to appropriate on-call personnel. We guarantee an emergency service response time of 2 hours our less during regular business hours and average 3 hour emergency service response time after normal business hours.

In addition, we are members of the National Fire Protection Association, the American Fire Sprinkler Association, the National Fire Sprinkler Association, and the American Fire Alarm Association. All of these associations offer code interpretation to assist us with any questions you may have.
